Random Acts of Theater

Since January 1999, R.A.T. has produced 10 plays based on original material. Our latest production, "A Gentleman from Mississippi" premiered at The Acting Studio Theater in Philadelphia and received excellent notices in local papers including The Philadelphia Inquirer. The show is now touring the country and has received excellent reviews. Other shows include "Drama Queen"(written and performed by Tyna Tyler), "Barking Dawgs" (written and performed by David Dallas), "Lord, Don't Look at Me" (written and performed by Lisa Offley), "Bionic Boy" (written and performed by Antonio Merenda), and "Skewed Shakespeare".

The Random Acts of Theater Foundation has begun a new project, "Furies: Mothers for Hitler" which will be a play based on examining the implications of the right wing, pro-fascist "mothers' movement" of the 1930s and 1940s.
